- Received a termination: within three weeks of receiving the termination, a claim against dismissal (Kündigungsschutzklage) must be filed with the labour court. Otherwise the termination is deemed effective — regardless of whether it would be legally valid.
- Court service of a claim with a deadline: the court often sets tight deadlines for the statement of defence or for obtaining evidence; missing them can lead to a default judgment against you.
- Fine notice / penalty order: two weeks to file an objection from the date of service. After that, the notice becomes final and binding.
If you are unsure whether a deadline is running — better to call once too often than too rarely. Within minutes we will tell you whether and when there is any urgency.

Report an accident
Required: only 4 details
Your name, e-mail, mobile number and the licence plate of the other party in the accident — that is all I need to get started. Everything else is voluntary.
But: the more you enter now, the faster the claim settlement will go. You only have to do it once — after that I take over completely. If you fill in everything, I can open the file immediately and prepare all the letters without having to call you again.
Important: Please do not commission any repair until the opposing liability insurer has given clearance.
