Appointment request

One form, three options. Select below what applies to you — we will respond within one business day.

Urgent? Deadline approaching?

In time-critical matters, please call us directly. Forms are reliable, but a phone call is faster when deadlines are involved.

  • Received a termination: within three weeks of receiving the termination, a claim against dismissal (Kündigungsschutzklage) must be filed with the labour court. Otherwise the termination is deemed effective — regardless of whether it would be legally valid.
  • Court service of a claim with a deadline: the court often sets tight deadlines for the statement of defence or for obtaining evidence; missing them can lead to a default judgment against you.
  • Fine notice / penalty order: two weeks to file an objection from the date of service. After that, the notice becomes final and binding.

If you are unsure whether a deadline is running — better to call once too often than too rarely. Within minutes we will tell you whether and when there is any urgency.

Our reservation on accepting a mandate

As a law firm, we review every enquiry individually. We reserve the right not to accept a mandate — for example in the event of conflicts of interest, full capacity, or where we can better recommend a specialised colleague to you. In any case, you will receive an honest response.
